Peak Thai is inspired by Thai owner Charine’s love of cooking and her passion for good quality food. Weekends for her are spent cooking for her loved ones using her family’s traditional secret recipes.
Ever since I was a child, I have had memories of seeing my grandmother and my mother cooking their traditional recipes from scratch. When I started helping out in the kitchen, that was when my love for cooking grew.
Whenever I cook, I will always use the freshest ingredients available. We even had a vegetable patch at home that I can pick my freshest herbs to put in my recipes. I believe good food should be shared with the people you love.
